How long before my order is processed and shipped out?
A: For Domestic orders, we typically process and ship out your order the same day if made before 3pm PST. All International, APO/FPO and PO Box orders requires 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping out of our facility. Natural disasters and severe storms which limit our shipping carrier to operate or pick up from our warehouse may cause delays.
How long will it be before I receive my order?

What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available after 24hrs after your order has been placed. Simply click on the "Account" link at the top of every page and log into your account to view information about your order.
What if I'm missing items or received the wrong merchandise?
A: Any merchandise(s) that is wrong or missing in the order due to our fault, you must contact us within five (5) business days from the time you receive the order. beautyclubplus.com will investigate the issue and respond within 3-5 business days from the day the issue is reported to us. If the customer reports the issue after the 5 business days, beautyclubplus.com assumes the customer has received the entire order as indicated on the invoice and will not be liable for any missing product(s) or wrong item(s) shipped.
Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: We ship to all US States and Territories. For all other international shipping orders, an international shipping fee will be applied and extra terms and conditions will apply to your order.
Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Are there any shipping restrictions that I should know about?
A: As regulated by the Department of Transportation, some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO), or US territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico), or internationally. Our policy is to notify customers of these items and then promptly issue refunds.
When do Same Day Shipping items get shipped out from your warehouse?
A: Orders placed before 3pm Pacific Standard Time (Monday - Friday) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm PST will be shipped out the next business day. Natural disasters and severe storms which limit our shipping carriers to operate or pick up from our warehouse may cause delays.
Orders may be delayed under the following circumstances:
1) Billing and shipping addresses don't match and/or if the order needs additional verification.
2) Service failure due to our shipping carriers, weather, power outage, or other extreme event that prevents us from operating.
3) Order is being shipped to overseas, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.
What are my available shipping options available?
A: You have a choice of USPS Priority, UPS Ground Service, or UPS 2 Day Air for domestic orders. It is recommended that you contact us if your order is time sensitive to estimate delivery. Overnight Delivery is not available in all locations, including remote areas such as Hawaii and Alaska.
Indirect Signature required for all Domestic orders valued over $150?
An indirect signature will automatically be applied to order values over 150 US dollars. The purpose of the signature is to prevent any lost or stolen packages. Buyers may request to remove or waive the signature by calling Customer Service at 909-483-2110 or by signing up for UPS My Choice and changing delivery options. Due to orders being processed immediately, we recommend buyers to contact us immediately after successfully placing their order. A request can also be made during any phone order.
*Note: A buyers request to remove or waive the signature poses a risk for a package to go lost or be stolen, thus, all liabilities in a case of a lost or stolen package will be at the buyers responsibility and not of beautyclubplus.com.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: When a customer enters an incorrect address our shipping carriers (usually UPS) will charge us a $15.00 fee to locate the correct address so the package can be delivered. We will pass this charge on to the customer. This occurs very rarely and we will always attempt to contact the customer first before we ship the package if the address looks questionable.
We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered. We will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order ship to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.
What if my package is returned back as undeliverable?
A: If we send a package through our shipping carrier (usually UPS), and they are unable to deliver the package to you after multiple attempts, then UPS will charge us a fee (usually the cost of a typical ground shipment charge, from $5-15) to return the package to us. We will have to in turn charge that fee to the customer.
We encourage customers to always double-check their shipping address and be aware of any tracking information we send via email. All customers will be sent an email with a tracking number shortly after their product leaves our warehouse.
What if I refused my package?
A: If we send a package and arrive at your door and are refused. This instance will be treated as a "product return" and your money will be refunded for the purchase price of the order minus the original incoming and outgoing shipping charges incurred to ship your package. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the appropriate shipping charges incurred to ship your package and refund the difference.
Example: Your order total is $20.00 and you selected our USPS shipping option. The original cost of the USPS shipping is $7.50. If you refused your package, we will issue a refund $12.50 ($20.00 - $7.50). Applies to all other shipping methods.
International Buyers - Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. beautyclubplus.com does not collect duties or taxes and is not responsible for these charges if your country will be charging duties and taxes to receive your order.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Any package refused and sent back to beautyclubplus.com will be issued a refund after deducting the outbound and inbound shipping costs of the package.
Please be aware that our shipping policy does change on a continuous basis and will be updated at our own discretion periodically.
