The products make up three care lines or regimens: Repair, Smooth and Curl. It also includes two styling products: Volume Mousse and Shaping Gel.

Clairol Professional Repair Shampoo, Rinse-Off Conditioner and Leave-In Conditioner:

RETURNS POLICY
Restocking fees will vary depending on the cost of the item(s): 20% On all items that costs between $0.01 to $49.99 15% On all items that costs between $50 to $99.99 10% On all items that is over $100 If you would like to return or exchange an item that you purchased at BeautyClubPlus.com, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the time in which your order was shipped. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), however we do require a method that provides a tracking number. UPS and FedEx provide tracking numbers by default. If you choose to return using USPS, you must select 'USPS Tracking' or 'Signature Confirmation'. Reasons for denial of return request denied are listed below including but not limited to: Product not in original condition Product not in original packaging and/or missing any items including label(s) Product which has been altered in any way Any used products Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return/exchange. If you are due a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Any shipping costs associated with your original order are non-refundable and shipping costs for exchange will also be customer’s responsibility.
