Beautyclubplus.com ships to all states in the United States, Canada and Mexico. International orders may be charged an additional shipping fee.

How long before my order is processed and shipped out?
For Domestic orders, we typically process and ship out your order the same day if made before 12pm PST. All International, APO/FPO and PO Box orders requires 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping out of our facility. Weather conditions which limit our shipping carriers to operate or pick up from our warehouse may cause delays.
How long will it be before I receive my order?

What if I'm missing items or received the wrong merchandise?
Any merchandise(s) that is wrong or missing in the order due to our fault, you must contact us within five (5) business days from the time you receive the order. Beauty Club Plus will investigate the issue and respond within 3-5 business days from the day the issue is reported to us. If the customer reports the issue after the 5 business days, Beauty Club Plus assumes the customer has received the entire order as indicated on the invoice and will not be liable for any missing product(s) or wrong item(s) shipped.
Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Are there any shipping restrictions that I should know about?
As regulated by the Department of Transportation, some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO), or US territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico), or internationally. Our policy is to notify customers of these items and then promptly issue refunds.
When do Same Day Shipping items get shipped out from your warehouse?
Orders placed before 3pm Central Standard Time (Monday - Friday) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm CST will be shipped out the next business day. Natural disasters and severe storms which limits our shipping carriers to operate or pick up from our warehouse may cause delays.
Orders may be delayed under the following circumstances:
1) Billing and shipping addresses don't match and/or if the order needs additional verification.
2) Service failure due to our shipping carriers, weather, power outage, or other extreme event that prevents us from operating.
3) Order is being shipped to overseas including Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: When a customer enters an incorrect address our shipping carriers will charge us a $15 fee to locate the correct address so the package can be delivered. We will pass this charge on to the customer. This occurs very rarely and we will always attempt to contact the customer first before we ship the package if the address looks questionable.
We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered. We will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order ship to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.
What if my package is returned back as undeliverable?
A: If we send a package through our shipping carrier, and they are unable to deliver the package to you after multiple attempts, then the carrier will charge us a fee (usually the cost of a typical ground shipment charge, from $5-15) to return the package to us. We will have to in turn charge that fee to the customer.
We encourage customers to always double-check their shipping address and be aware of any tracking information we send via email.
What if I refused my package?
A: If we send a package and arrives at your door and is refused. This instance will be treated as a "product return" and your money will be refunded for the purchase price of the order minus the original incoming and outgoing shipping charges incurred to ship your package. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the appropriate shipping charges incurred to ship your package and refund the difference.
International Buyers - Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Beauty Club Plus does not collect duties or taxes and is not responsible for these charges if your country will be charging duties and taxes to receive your order.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Any package refused and sent back to Beauty Club Plus will be issued a refund after deducting the outbound and inbound shipping costs of the package.
Please be aware that our shipping policy does change on a continuous basis and will be updated at our own discretion periodically.
