Restocking fees will vary depending on the cost of the item(s): 20% On all items that costs between $0.01 to $49.99 15% On all items that costs between $50 to $99.99 10% On all items that is over $100 If you would like to return or exchange an item that you purchased at BeautyClubPlus.com, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the time in which your order was shipped. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), however we do require a method that provides a tracking number. UPS and FedEx provide tracking numbers by default. If you choose to return using USPS, you must select 'USPS Tracking' or 'Signature Confirmation'.
